Product Description
There are some advantages of E1 PNP machine:
For the hardware:
1.Use 3D flying camera: laser camera flying shooting, greatly improving the accuracy and speed of desktop machines; It has three main features: (1). flying photography, (2.) recognition of footprint with micrometer-level accuracy,( 3). recognition of online nozzle size.
2. XY-axis linear encoder full closed-loop motion control to avoid component step loss, this patent is only available from Tronstol.This can make sure the precision of E1. With the 3D flying camera and grating ruler can make sure the accuracy of 0201.I can guarantee that among desktop machines, the 0201 placement accuracy of E1 is the Top 1 in China.
3.Detachable feeder bank:you can install the reel&tape when the machine is working if you buy one more feeder bank.It is also easier to install the tape&reel than the traditional feeder bank.It also greatly reduces the time you need to change materials when mounting different boards. For example, if you need to mount 2 different boards, one side of the feeder bank can install materials shared by 2 boards, while the other side of the feeder bank can install with different materials.  The three feeder banks can finish the placement of 2 boards. Because our software has a concept of material library, it greatly reduces the time for file editing. When you have more types of boards, the richer the information in the material library, and the shorter the time needed for marginal file editing...
4.The mechanical structure of the placement head which can accept the component height more than 13mm. Even in the Chinese market, we are the only desktop machine that can accept such a high height of component.
5.Automatic nozzle changer device:You can use six type of nozzles,it is same as you have 6 mount heads(This device need purchase separately).
6.5-million-pixel high-precision IC camera, which can be selected as a large or small camera according to your IC size...
 
For the software:
1. Friendly user interface design, convenient for customers to use.
2.Increase the material library(which I said above): the same component does not need to be edited if you change different PCB.It really reduce the time to install the tape&reel and edit the stack information.You only need edit once for the pick height,pick delay...this function can really save your time.
3.Offline software:you can edit you file in your computer.It will not occupy the machine.
4.We continue to iterate and upgrade our software based on customer needs;you can download the newest software from our website directly.
5. Various functions, including 90 ICs and 99 bulk material placement settings.
6. Automatic correction of picking position,it help you eidt the file more qiuckly.
7.Flexibility in Mark selection:You can use none mark,one mark,two marks or any quantities of marks.
