- TK69 series CNC floor milling and boring machine is a kind of advanced equipment with excellent performance, wide process range, high precision and production efficiency, which is designed and manufactured by modern mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and other new technologies. The machine tool is equipped with the advanced SINUMERIK828D numerical control system of SIEMENS and the AC servo drive system of Siemens, which can realize any four-axis linkage.
- The machine can be milling bevel, frame plane, large hole end face, two dimensional and three dimensional surface by contour control method. The machine can complete drilling, reaming, boring, grooving and surface milling by one clamping. The workpiece mounted on the rotating table can be Angle milling, turning boring and multi-sided machining. Using the continuous indexing function of the rotary table, the cylinder or end surface can be processed continuously, thus expanding the process range and shortening the auxiliary time. It can process holes with high coordinate accuracy, and can realize one clamping and multi-process processing. In addition, the use of Siemens SINUMERIK828D CNC system has a variety of fixed machining cycles and programming methods, easy to operate and program, can achieve frequent starting, braking control and high-speed and high-precision machining of machine tools in high-speed machining.

The four linear motion axes of the machine tool are:
- Lateral movement of the column (X-axis);
- The headstock moves vertically up and down (Y-axis);
- The ram moves axially (W axis);
- The boring axis moves axially (Z-axis).
BASIC LARGE PARTS: the bed, column, slide seat and other basic large parts are made of high-quality cast iron parts, the machine tool ram large parts are ductile cast iron parts with high mechanical load characteristics, the use of FEM finite element analysis has extremely high rigidity.The column is a large section of double wall design, both vertical and vertical are covered with reinforcing bars, with sufficient bending and torsional strength.
Spindle box: The machine adopts ram headstock mobile structure, and the headstock adopts integral inclusion structure, which contains the ram in the box, improves the overall rigidity of the ram structure, and is conducive to the machine tool for strong cutting.
MACHINE GUIDE RAIL: The movement of X axis adopts static guide rail, which has high static stiffness, improves the rigidity of the guide rail and extends the service life of the guide rail. The moving guide surface is inlaid with zinc base alloy plate, which can protect the guide rail of the machine tool.
CNC ROTARY TABLE: CNC rotary table has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable layout, high precision, large load and so on. It can be used with floor milling and boring machine to expand the processing range of the main machine.
