APPLICATION
TK69C/TH69C series CNC floor type milling & boring machine(center) adopt finite element optimum design, with functions of boring, drilling, tapping, groove milling, plane milling, etc. Equipped with function attachments such as high precision CNC rotary table, right angle milling head, the machine can realize 5 surfaces machining. lt is the ideal equipment for processing steam turbine, generator and heavy duty machine tools in industries of metallurgy power and electricity, etc.
The main performance characteristics:
- Spindle bearing adopts import super precision angle contact ball bearing of famous brand; oil gas lubrication is adopted to efficiently control temperature rise of bearing and assure the stability of spindle during rotation at high speed;
- X, Y, Z and W axis adopt "pump per pocket" type constant flow closed type hydrostatic guideway;
- X axis adopts double rack and pinion transmission f for clearance elimination. W, Y, Z axis adopt preloaded ballscrew transmission;
- Headstock balance adopts electro-hydraulic compensation equipment;
- Attachment bracket and attachment magazine as option for manual or auto change of attachments.
- Auto diagnosis function for convenient operation.
- It can be equipped with ATC to realize high efficiency machining.
