Generally, the production cycle is 5-7 days, but slightly special items depend on the raw material procurement cycle. -

Can you accept payment upon delivery?
For new customers, we cannot accept payment upon delivery. After a certain number of transactions, you may apply for this payment method. Currently, we require a deposit before production, with the balance paid before delivery. -

Yes, if your purchase volume is sufficiently large, we can apply for a discount. -
How are your products packaged for shipment?
Packaging depends on the product's shape and requirements. We offer packaging options such as PE bags with cartons, vacuum bags with cartons, POE bags with cartons, blister trays, and blister boxes. -
What shipping terms can you accept?
We generally recommend EXW, FCA, or FOB. If you have other requirements such as CIF or DDU, please specify them when requesting a quote. -
Can you arrange air freight for urgent needs?
If the shipping terms do not involve us bearing the freight costs, such as EXW, FCA, or FOB, we can arrange air freight. If the shipping terms involve us bearing the freight costs, such as CIF or DDU, since our quotes are usually based on sea freight rates, you will need to cover the additional costs for air freight. -
How do you ensure after-sales service?
We have dedicated customer service representatives. If any issues arise with the products, they will be addressed within 12 hours. -
Can your company provide free samples?
It depends on the value of the samples. If they are too expensive, we cannot provide them for free.
