For the normal hole type, you just need the detail specification of material, plate thickness, hole shape, hole size, holes arrangement pattern, hole pitch, edge margin, order quantity, then can make quotation and produce it for you.
As to the unique hole type, our technical team can make CAD drawing for you according to your sample or description. If you have a CAD drawing, please directly send to us.
Except for CNC punching plate, photo etching plates and laser cutting plates, metal plate also can be drilled into super perforated metal screen sheet for more stringent application requirements. Generally, perforated metal screen sheet demands drilling process when the material plate is much thicker than the diameter of the perforation, as common CNC punching, etching laser cutting cannot handle it well.
After drilling and milling, we will satin-finish and wash the perforated screen, to guarantee perfectly clean holes and no burrs. Our different advanced drilling/milling equipment and various technologies cooperative partners for different applications and industries.

Our Micro Hole Perforated Metal made by 0.1-1.0 mm stainless steel sheet, carbon steel plate, aluminum sheet, brass sheet and other metal plate.
Micro Hole Perforated Metal are different than common hole size perforated metal. The hole size can't be larger than thickness, for these kind of sheets, diameter of holes and thickness are the same most of times (also called holes-as-thickness). It is for chemical, food and mechanical purpose. We have more than one hundred ready tooling molds in stock to make Micro Hole Perforated Metal in to 10mm to 1500 mm width and length can be custom made.
