1.Taiwan spindle unit with 7.5KW servo motor can achieve a rotation speed of 8000r/min. Low speed is for gravity cutting, and
high speed is good for precision light cutting.
2. X, Y, Z axis are all use linear guideways, and they are all imported from Germany. The big size of linear guideway can
decrease the gap of different guideway, and it can increase precision meantime.
3. It adopts Taiwan PMI precision ball screw, Taiwan precision locknuts and Japan NSK bearings. It directly connected to
flexible coupling, so that it can achieve a high effectiveness and low backlash.
4. It has disc-type tool changer, can load up to 24 tools, and so that it can choose the closest tool and save time.
5. All the transmission shaft pitch is used high-precision laser interferometer to fulfill the adjusting of pitch error and
clearance error, so that the positioning accuracy of each axis is more accurate, and it's more suitable to produce high -
precision parts.
6. It introduced an automatic quantitative clearance centralized lubrication system to lubricate moving parts such as guideway,
ball screw and so on.
