According to the performance requirements and alloy composition ratio of the product, various raw materials are accurately selected and matched, including metal elements such as aluminum, magnesium, silicon, and some trace alloy element additives.
The matched raw materials are added to the melting furnace and heated to a certain temperature (usually above 700ºC) to make them completely melted. During this process, continuous stirring is required to ensure uniform composition.
The molten aluminum alloy melt is cooled and cast into round cast bars of various specifications by using methods such as deep well casting system to provide raw materials for subsequent extrusion processes.
According to the cross-sectional shape, size and precision requirements of the required industrial aluminum profiles, the corresponding extrusion dies are designed and manufactured. The quality and precision of the dies have a crucial impact on the molding quality of the aluminum profiles.
The round cast rods are heated to about 400ºC - 500ºC to make them in a thermoplastic state, and then placed in the extrusion barrel of the extruder. The extruder uses a strong extrusion force to extrude the heated round cast rods from the die hole of the die to form aluminum profiles with specific cross-sectional shapes and sizes.
