Product Description
Aluminum fence are extruded from Aluminum alloy usually by 6063. Extrusion involves pressing a preheated aluminium billet (450-500°C) under high pressure (700-2500 tons depending on the size of the press) through a die the opening
When the extrusion leaves the press it moves onto a table where it is cooled with air or water depending on its size, shape, then they are stretched. After this they are cut into suitable lengths and artificially aged to achieve the right strength. Ageing takes place in ovens at about 190°C for 4 to 8 hours.
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The main difference between conventional liquid paint and powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form. The coating is typically applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a "skin". The powder may be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.
After application of the powder coatings, the extruded aluminum proceed to an indirectly heated convection oven for a complete cure of the powder coatings. The natural gas fired ovens are very energy efficient in design and provide the optimum environment to cure the powder coatings. Indirectly heating the powder cure oven eliminates the concerns about possible contaminants from the burner and helps provide excellent control over the temperature profile within the oven.
Advantage of powder coating on aluminum profiles
A thicker coating compared to liquid treatments, without the risk of running or sagging. Ranging from 20 to 100 microns
Anti corrosion : also keeps the metal resistant to abrasions, bumps, heat or sun damage and scratches, as well as to harsh temperatures.
Durable : providing an ample protection to aluminium parts from anywhere between 15 and 20 years - or even longer.
A wide range of finishes and special effects, including matte, glossy or metallic, wood effects, and textured finishes. It can also be coloured or colourless.
The more cost-effective ways to treat aluminium parts and products, as the cost of treatment depends primarily on the product being treated and the size of the project.
Environmental friendly : emits zero or near-zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Powder coating over-spray is recyclable, so the process produces very little waste
Aluminium is light with a density one third that of steel, 2.700 kg/m3.
The Young's modulus for aluminiumis a third that of steel (E = 70,000 MPa).
Aluminium has a good formability, a characteristic that is fully utilized in extruding.
Aluminium is strong with a tensile strength of 70 to 700 MPa depending on the alloy and aging process.
Aluminium can be joined by welding, soldering, adhesive bonding and riveting.
A thin layer of oxide is formed in contact with air, which provides very good protection against corrosion.
Aluminium is not poisonous.
Aluminium is very easy to machine.
Residential fencing can be used in a wide variety of residential applications. These types of aluminum fences are most commonly used to define property lines, keep children or pets contained, or to enclose a swimming pool. Residential aluminum fences are strong enough for most applications and will add beauty and prestige to any property! We carry several types of decorative fencing to accommodate your needs and your budget.
Commercial grade fencing is heavier and more durable than a residential grade fence. It is ideal for areas where the strength of a commercial product is needed with a neighbor-friendly appearance. Commercial fences are most commonly used for:
- Churches
- Schools
- Public Swimming Pools
- High-End Residential Settings
- Factories
- Cemeteries
- Industrial Complexes
- Apartment Complexes
- Amusement Parks
- Restaurants
- Public Recreation Facilities
This type of fence is used in high traffic areas or spaces requiring additional security.

Q1: Are you manufacturer ?
A: Yes,We are manufacture since from 2014, and some of related product sourcing from local suppliers
Q2: If I need sample, could you support?
A: We can supply you with the sample for free.
Q3: What's your MOQ ?
A: 5 tons
Q4: What's the thickness for anodizing? Can you do 15 um?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15um and above.
Q5: What color you can do for powder coating?
A: We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can provide the color sample or the RAL No. Our normally powder coating thickness is 40-80um. Belowed liste several RAL examples:
Q6: How do you charge the mold fee?
A: In case in need of tooling a new mold, the tooling fee will be refounded upon the order quantity reaches a certain amount.
Q7. What is the differences between theoretical weight and actual weight?
A: Theoretical weight is calculated according to the drawing, Actual weight is literally weighted by the scale. The die tolerance will cause the difference.
Q8: How many years of your windows and doors product warranty ?
A: 10 years.
