A: We can quote from your 3d formats like IGS, STP, PARASOLID, etc and 2D drawings as well; quote the price to clients after got the 2d or 3d drawings within 2 hours;

A: We will send the cost to you and get your confirmations for the quote;
3. Q: What is the software will you use for the proceeding?
A: We make the 3D program with CATIA,Pro-Engineer, UGS, SOLIDWORKS, MASTERCAM, etc ;
4. Q: what is the type of machine for manufacturing?
A: Manufactured from CNC Machining, spotting machine, tryouts and production injection machine ;
5. Q: Do you do the surface treatments, please?
A: Depends on the requirements, normally we ask professional supsupplier to implement the surface treatments, such as sandblasting, graining, coating etc;
6. Q: What is the quality Control before shipping?
A: we have professional approval checking list of the tools in seperately steps, all the components would be checked, standard parts, cooling, histing, assembly, ourside couplings, Tryout of the R&R etc....;
