Prepanited galvanized steel coil , also known as PPGI, color plate. Color coated steel plate is cold rolled steel plate and galvanized steel plate as the base plate, after surface pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), in a continuous method of coating (roller coating method), after baking and cooling products. The coated steel plate has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed, it provides a new raw material for the construction industry, shipbuilding industry, vehicle manufacturing industry, household appliances industry, electrical industry and so on. It has played a good effect of replacing wood with steel, efficient construction, energy saving and pollution prevention.
Galvanized sheet: refers to the surface of the zinc coated steel plate. Galvanizing is an economical and effective method of rust prevention that is often used. About half of the world's zinc production is used in this process.
Surface Request:
(1) surface state: The surface state of galvanized sheet is different because of the different treatment methods in the coating and plating process, such as regular spangle , small spangle , big spangles.etc
(2) Galvanized sheet should have a good appearance, shall not have harmful defects to the use of the product, such as no plating, holes, cracks and scum, more than thick plating, abrasion, chromic acid dirt, white rust, etc. Foreign standards are not very clear about the specific appearance defects. Some specific defects should be specified in the contract when ordering.
Galvalume steel sheet is a kind of alloy composed of aluminized zinc alloy structure, which is composed of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc and 2% silicon solidified at 600ºC. The whole structure is composed of aluminized iron, silicon and zinc, forming dense tetrad junction crystal.
Good corrosion resistance, 3 times of pure galvanized sheet; The surface is decorated with beautiful zinc flowers, which can be used as a building exterior panel.
The corrosion resistance of "aluminized zinc coil" is mainly due to aluminum, aluminum's protective function.
Galvalume steel sheet has good heat resistance, can withstand the high temperature of more than 300 degrees Celsius, and aluminum plated steel plate high temperature oxidation resistance is very similar, often used in chimney tubes, ovens, illuminators and solar lampshades.
